I am so aggrevated!!!

I have been trying all morning to redo my site I picked a template which was my first mistake as I now cannot seem to get back to the original format. This has almost brought me to tears. I do not like the templates. & I have lost all my information & links that I took the time to place on my site. I do not seem to find any help in the help resources to get me navigated back. If anyone out there can please direct me back I would greatly appreciate it. This is to tiring. I loved the backgrounds & wish I had never strayed to the templates. I guess i'll never learn huh? My site is now a work in progress.
